Construction Loan
We offer Construction loans, secured by a first trust deed, on
most types of commercial properties, including Office, Industrial,
Retail, Condominiums, Multifamily and Single-Family Residential. Our
Commercial Construction Loans feature a variable rate of interest,
with 12-to 24-month terms. In some cases, the loan may be
convertible to longer-term financing at the completion of
construction. The maximum loan amount on a Commercial Construction
Loan will depend on the type of property and the level of financial
support
