Construction Lending
We offer construction loans, secured by a first trust deed, on most
types of commercial properties, including Office, industrial,
retail, condominiums, multifamily, single-family residential. Our
Commercial Construction Loans feature a variable rate of interest,
with 12-to 24-month terms. In some cases, the loan may be
convertible to longer-term financing at the completion of
construction. The maximum loan amount on a commercial construction
loan will depend on the type of property and the level of financial
support.

Mini-Permanent Loans
For longer-term financing of commercial real estate, BCF offers
semi-permanent loans on many types of existing properties, including
office, industrial, anchored and shadow anchored retail, and
multifamily and residential.
These loans are amortized over 20 to 25 years, with a balloon
payment due at the end of the term. Rates may be fixed or variable.
The amount you can borrow will depend on the type and value of the
property. Loan amounts will depend on property type, operating
history, and level of financial support.
