the loan process. When BCF accepts an assignment for financing, our

Our firm is equally committed to being acknowledged in the industry

committee has a proven track record of completing commercial
financing totaling more than $2 billion. BCF is one of the leading
commercial mortgage firms in the United States, Mexico,
Canada and the Caribbean. We excel in situations that require
creative mortgage and finance solutions, extraordinary service and a high level
of flexibility, insight and speed.

BCF makes senior and mezzanine loans generally ranging from
$3 million to $100 million and has the capability to underwrite/syndicate
transactions up to $200 million. We provide equity capital for
projects that qualify in the $3 million to $15 million range.
We conduct our lending activities through three focused business
units; commercial mortgage, structured finance and equity capital.
We provide a variety of financing products to
developers/investors in the real estate industry. This includes debt products and
investment capital for acquisitions, construction and development
that require outside partners.
In our commercial mortgage unit we consistently structure the most
appropriate financial product to meet your needs. Our
ability to provide financing for the entire capital structure, often
using a combination of products, makes BCF well suited to be your
financial partner.

BCF continues to extend its financial strength to middle market
borrowers. Unlike many lenders that make loans to sell or
securitize, We are an on balance sheet lender. Our long term
commitment to middle market commercial finance is as important to
our clients as is our strong balance sheet.
Our flat operating model allows us to close transactions fast,
sometimes in less than 30 days. This unique operating model can best
be appreciated when we are challenged by a deadline. We have never
failed to deliver on a financial commitment and consistently meet

Company
Profile
Blue Crown Funding is a commercial mortgage, equipment
leasing and asset based lending company. We operate as a California
Corporation, registered with the Department of Corporations and the
Secretary of the State of California. The corporate office is
located in Marina Del Rey, California and the branch office is
located in Irvine California. The co-founders and managing
principals are Kimberly A. Carhart and Charles Wesley Williams.

Founding Member, Kimberly A. Carhart
Managing Principal, Kimberly A. Carhart, has overall responsibility
for managing the company’s strategic initiatives nationwide and
directly supervises sales and operations from the corporate office
in Marina del Rey, California. Ms. Carhart sits on the company's
executive and investment committee, and is responsible for the
continued growth of the company’s brand in the United States, Caribbean, Mexico and Canada. Ms. Carhart has a strong background in
business and
corporate finance and managing sales production teams, on a national
level. Prior to starting Blue Crown Funding, Ms. Carhart was
formerly vice president of sales for a national finance company.
Previous to that, she served as national director of sales for
various firms in transportation, technology, and the manufacturing industry. Her
expertise and primary responsibilities were managing origination
activities, and overseeing development and deploying new
products and services, into new and existing markets. She completed
her bachelor of science degree at Cornell University, in Ithaca, NY.
Ms. Carhart is widely regarded as one of the leading experts in the
field of financial engineering and commercial structured finance.
She has been published in numerous women leadership articles on the
topic of commercial mortgages, real estate finance, and is a
frequent keynote speaker and guest, at national industry
conferences. One of her favorite quotes is: “Every deal is unique
and offers an opportunity!”

Founding Member, Charles Wesley Williams
Managing Principal, Charles W. Williams directs daily operations in
Irvine, California with overall
responsibilities for project evaluation and analysis, capital
investments, and business development nationwide. He sits on the
company’s executive and investment committee, and oversees the
national and global expansion initiatives for new market entrance. Prior to starting
Blue Crown Funding, his professional background experience included;
the United States Naval Submarine Corps and Corporate America. After a successful tour of
duty, he transitioned his naval career into corporate America
working in the securities, retail and technology industry. He
served in several executive management positions with large, manufacturers and regional bell operating companies in
the western, northern and south eastern regions of the United
States. His expertise and success in finance, sales and marketing
inspired him to become an entrepreneur and target the financial
sector to provide commercial mortgages, equipment leasing, and
asset based lending to investors/developers and middle market
companies nationwide. He likes to say: "If it makes sense, do
the deal!"
Mr. Williams earned an MBA in International Business, and a Masters
in Public Administration from National University in San Diego, CA.
He has lived in San Diego and Los Angeles, and currently
resides in Irvine, CA.
